PalmYellow verifies each child as they board and exit with a contactless palm scan — alerting the moment someone is missed or boards the wrong bus, and giving parents and administrators an auditable trail of every trip.
A paper roster is only as good as a driver's attention on a chaotic morning. PalmYellow replaces it with certainty: each child presents a palm boarding and exiting, the system confirms it's the right child for that bus and stop, and the manifest updates live. If a child boards the wrong bus, is missed at their stop, or hasn't exited where they should, PalmYellow flags it immediately — so the office and the parent know before the bus is fifty miles down the line.
Each child is enrolled once — about 15 seconds per hand — and assigned to their bus and stops.
The child holds a palm above the contactless reader as they get on and off; nothing to carry or scan.
A match updates the live manifest; a mismatch or missed child triggers an immediate alert to staff and parents.

PalmYellow knows which children belong on which bus and at which stop. The instant a child boards a bus that isn't theirs, or a scheduled child hasn't boarded, the driver and the transportation office are alerted — turning a silent mistake into a caught one.

Every board and exit writes a time-stamped record, so parents can know their child got on and off safely and administrators have a clear account of who rode which bus. When a question comes up — a missed stop, a late drop-off, a custody arrangement — the answer is in the log, not in someone's memory.
